Fresh Pasta and Panna Cotta

Making pasta is special, as you turn simple ingredients into silky, smooth strands of pasta. In this hands-on class you will learn to make home made pappardelle and fettuccini pasta with two delicious sauces. For dessert you will prepare and enjoy a Limoncello panna cotta served with balsamic strawberries and biscotti, with a glass of vino of course!
