Secrets of a Chocolatier


10.00am – 1.00pm

In this hands-on class you will learn the secrets of producing artisan chocolates and decorations to impress all your friends.  From chocolate moulding to fruit flavoured ganache, you will learn step by step how to achieve restaurant quality chocolate products to compliment all your desserts and cakes.The class is a mixture of hands on and demonstration.
We will make:
Passionfruit Truffles
Caramel Ganache
Chocolate Bark – with a number of flavour options for everyone to customise eg. Orange Oil and Freeze Dried Blood Oranges, freeze dried raspberries. Toasted almonds, a mixture of dried fruit.
Everyone will get to sit down at the dining table and try the chocolates with a glass of champagne and take home the rest in gift bags supplied by The Yellow Door Kitchen.
