Small Batch Artisan Jam Making – Gluten Free and Vegan friendly


6.30pm – 9.00pm

In this hands-on class you will learn to make sweet and savoury jam from scratch using seasonal fruit and vegetables. Students are often surprised at how little sugar is needed to make the perfect jam to have on your morning croissant or sour dough toast. This class will provide students with the skills to take advantage of the seasons and preserve fruit and vegetables while they are seasonally abundant.Everyone will get to take home 3 different Jams. These delicious jars of yummy handmade jam would make the perfect Christmas gifts for friends and family. At the end of the class everyone will sit down at the dining table and enjoy Croissants, butter & jam with a glass of Champagne.
